The short version: SeaWorld is the easiest park for a bus. Free, signed bus parking and a documented unload zone. Disney charges $40 a day for oversized vehicles. Universal expects you to pre-pay bus parking with your ticket order, not at the gate. That one catches group organizers out every season.

SeaWorld publishes more useful motorcoach information than any other Orlando park, and it is all favorable.

• Routing: “All buses must follow the signs to SeaWorld Bus & Taxi Parking which is located off Sea Harbor Drive.”
• Parking: “Complimentary bus parking is located across the street from SeaWorld in the Turtle Lot.” Free, while car parking runs $37.
• The catch: “The Bus Parking zone is utilized for bus unload only until 11:30am.” If your group arrives after that, the drop-off works differently, so plan the morning accordingly.
• Group minimum: 15 paid students for a field trip booking, with check-in at a Field Trip Check-In Booth and a recommendation to arrive 30 minutes before park opening.

One caveat: the complimentary bus parking is documented in SeaWorld’s field trip packet. If you are an adult tour group rather than a school, confirm it applies to you before you count on it.

Disney’s published rate for a bus is $40 per day, the “Shuttle, Limo, Camper Trailer, RV, Bus or Tractor Trailer” category. One fee covers all four theme parks that day, the same as with cars.

For comparison, standard car parking is $35 and preferred runs $50 to $60 depending on the season. Parking at the two water parks and at Disney Springs is free.

One thing worth saying plainly: Disney does not publish where a chartered coach drops off at each park. Their public parking pages give the price and nothing else about oversized vehicles, and their bus transportation page covers only Disney’s own complimentary resort service. Any website that tells you the exact motorcoach unload point at Magic Kingdom is either quoting a volunteer forum or guessing.

What we do instead: confirm the arrival plan with Disney directly for your specific date and park before the day, and give the driver a written plan. It is a phone call, and it is the difference between a smooth arrival and 50 people standing on a curb.

• Student group tickets: minimum 10 students
• Educational workshops: minimum 15 students
• Performing arts stage performances and workshops: minimum 15 performers

Note that the old Disney Youth Programs site is now Disney Imagination Campus. If you have old bookmarks or a district document with the legacy links, they need updating.

Universal sells “Pre-Paid Bus Parking (per bus)” as a line item on group ticket orders, and it is available only on pre-paid mail delivery orders, not for on-site pickup. If you organize a Universal group day and do not add it when you order tickets, you are solving that problem at the toll plaza.

Their published note adds that “pricing is subject to change at any time, without notice,” and the rate is not printed on the form. Ask for it when you place the ticket order.

Youth group rates apply to groups of 10 or more, with chaperone comps capped at two per 20 or more paid youth for out-of-state groups.

On Epic Universe specifically: it opened in 2025 and Universal has not published guest arrival, parking structure or bus information for it on any page we can verify. The one operational document available confirms only that accessible parking is directed from the toll plaza, and that resort bus transportation between the Universal parks and CityWalk is complimentary. For a group day at Epic Universe, treat the arrival plan as something to confirm with Universal group sales, not something to look up.

OCCC charges $40 plus tax ($42.60) for oversized vehicles, against $21.30 for a standard car. Parking is first-come, first-served, cashless, and overnight parking is prohibited.

There are three parking areas: the West Building lot, the North-South Building lot, and the Destination Parkway Parking Garage two blocks west on International Drive.

For a convention shuttle operation, the parking lots are not the interesting part. The loading zones and staging assignment are, and those vary by show. We contact them for the loading assignment tied to your specific event rather than assuming last year’s setup still applies.

If your group is flying in, this is the part that separates operators who work MCO regularly from ones who do not.

• A permit is mandatory. The airport’s ground transportation rules state that every operator “shall secure a Permit prior to conducting any GT Operations.” Applications require insurance, business registration, vehicle registrations and a $100 non-refundable application fee.
• A transponder is required on each permitted vehicle, recording entry and exit to the commercial lane.
• There is a per-trip fee charged by the Aviation Authority.
• Buses stage at the South Park Place Satellite Lot, not at the curb.
• Out-of-town shuttle and bus pickup is on Level 1: spaces A14-A15 at Terminal A, B63-B64 at Terminal B, and C205-C209 at Terminal C.

An operator without an MCO permit cannot legally pick your group up at the airport. It is a fair question to ask before you book.

Here is how the four Orlando theme parks for large groups compare on the things a coach actually cares about: where it unloads, where it parks, and what that costs.

Booking the bus by the hour when the group is staying all day.

A theme park day is not a four-hour job. Drop-off at 8:30 a.m. and pickup at 9 p.m. is a twelve-and-a-half-hour charter even though the coach only moves twice. Priced hourly, that is expensive. Priced as a day rate, it is straightforward. Tell your operator the real shape of the day and let them quote it correctly. The number is usually lower, not higher.

For bus logistics specifically, SeaWorld Orlando. It has signed, free bus parking and publishes its unload procedure. For the day itself, it depends what your group wants; but if you are moving 50 people on a coach, arrival friction is a bigger factor than most planners expect.

$40 per day for the oversized vehicle category, which covers buses. One fee is valid all day across all four theme parks.
